Arsya Insight Journal of Teaching and Learning is an open-access journal committed to the wide dissemination of educational research. To cover the operational costs of the publishing process—including manuscript management, plagiarism checking, peer-review coordination, typesetting, DOI registration, and digital archiving—the journal applies the following fee structure:

1. Fee Structure

• Article Submission Fee: IDR 0 / USD 0 (Free)

  • There is no charge for submitting a manuscript to this journal.

• Article Processing Charge (APC) / Publication Fee:

  • National Authors (Indonesia): IDR 0

  • International Authors: USD 0

  • The publication fee is charged only after the manuscript has been formally accepted for publication following the peer-review process.

2. Waiver Policy

We believe that financial constraints should not prevent the publication of high-quality research.

• Waiver Requests: Authors who are unable to pay the publication fee due to institutional limitations or lack of research funding may apply for a full or partial fee waiver.

• Application Process: Waiver requests must be sent to the Editor-in-Chief upon initial manuscript submission, along with a brief explanation of the financial circumstances. Waivers are granted at the discretion of the Editorial Board based on the quality and potential impact of the work.

3. Payment Instructions

Once a manuscript is accepted, the corresponding author will receive an official Letter of Acceptance (LoA) along with payment instructions and official bank transfer details from the publisher (PT. Arsya Rahmani Kreatif).

• Note: Authors are strongly advised not to make any payments before receiving an official acceptance notification from the editorial board via OJS/email.
